Day 1: Hanoi arrival - Explore local culinary on Foods Tour (Meals: Dinner)
Upon arrival at Noi Bai International airport, our representative will welcome you and transfer to hotel in the center of Old Quarter. By late afternoon, the tour guide will take you on Hanoi Street Food Tour in which you can try and taste famous street food of Hanoi and experience the genuine local lifestyle. Hanoi is famous for its abundance of amazing street foods and this 02 hour street food tour will guarantee you great local foods and great experiences. Transfer back to your hotel and overnight in Hanoi.

Explore legendary Hoan Kiem Lake nearby on foot where our guide will introduce to you legend of the Lake and history of this 1000 years old city. You then will hop on an electric car for a ride around Old Quarter to get a brief understanding about local lifestyles here. You will stop at Dong Xuan Market – the biggest market of Hanoi and walk around for shopping and see how local people working on their daily job.
Day 2: Hanoi City tour (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
After breakfast at hotel, you will start the city tour by visiting Hoa Lo prison or the Hanoi Hilton. The prison was built by the French administration in 1896. During the Vietnam War, Hoa Lo Prison achieved notoriety as a place of incarceration for US pilots, who ironically nick-named it the Hanoi Hilton. The tour to this historical relic gives you a unique sight at Vietnam History and an understanding about Vietnamese people in war. Transfer to Temple of Literature - Vietnam's first university, built in 1076 and at first used for education of royal children only. Throughout its hundreds of years of activity in the feudal, thousands of Vietnamese scholars graduated from this university. Enjoy your lunch at Koto restaurant. The restaurant was built to help street children in Hanoi, offering them accommodation, education and job training. The restaurant nowadays gets great reputation not only for the great charity works but also exquisite foods cooked by top chef.
After lunch, spend the afternoon visiting Museum of Ethnology, voted as one of four the best museum in Asia. Occupying a modern structure mixed with other local architect, the terrific collection here features well-presented tribal art, artifacts and everyday objects gathered from across the nation. In the museum, tourist exploring Vietnam’s diversity culture and life style of 54 ethnic groups, walking in houses on still of ethnic people to experience their life style or traditional rituals. Transfer to Van Phuc Silk Village, a traditional handicraft village of Vietnam. Van Phuc has long been a universal byword of luxury, often worn by the world’s richest, most powerful citizens, nowadays, the fine and lustrous cloth that originally comes from the cocoon of the silkworm is much more affordable for "ordinary" folk. Spend your time to explore the village on foots and see how locals make silk and of course spend time for a spree shopping within this silk paradise. Transfer back to hotel. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 3: Hanoi – Mai Chau (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Depart at 8.30am from your hotel and head towards Mai Chau. The ride from Hanoi to Mai Chau takes about 3.5 hours, and you won’t be bored by the lush scenery. Around noon, you will arrive at Mai Chau and enjoy a freshly prepared lunch with the afternoon free to relax or you might like to take an optional cycling tour of the surrounding valley.
As you’ll discover, Mai Chau offers a mix of culture and adventure set against one of Vietnam’s most striking backdrops. There are waterfalls, towering limestone mountains, rice paddies, corn fields, bamboo groves and terraced tea plantations. Relax at the lodge, a rustic-but-comfortable retreat with an outdoor pool and Roman-style Jacuzzi. Enjoy a dinner of Vietnamese and international dishes, followed by traditional dancing by members of the local ethnic-minority group. Overnight in Mai Chau.
Day 4: Mai Chau – Hanoi (Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
After breakfast at the lodge, take a gentle trek to Lac and Pom Coong, two villages of the Thai ethnic group. Meet the villagers and enjoy a chat over a cup of tea to learn about their culture and traditions. This is a unique experience where you will get to peek into their homes and watch traditional farming methods up close. Finally, end your Mai Chau Valley Break with lunch at the lodge before returning to Hanoi returning late afternoon.
By late afternoon, you will enjoy your dinner at Vietnamese Buffet Restaurant in which you can choose variety of Vietnamese traditional foods or BBQ or fresh seafood. Indulge yourself with a feast of great food and you will overnight in Hanoi.
Day 5: Hanoi - Halong Bay (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Around 8.30AM, our driver will pick you up then starting the 3 and a half hours drive to Halong Bay. Embark on Cruise followed by cruise briefing.
Savor a sumptuous lunch while boat cruising further along the limestone islands of Fighting Cock, Dog Rock and Incense Burner. You'll have chance to visit Amazing Cave, the most beautiful and biggest cave in Halong Bay. Then back to the boat to enjoy drinks on Sundeck, snap photos the view of the Bay, go swimming or just relax as the sun starts to set.
Those who fancy some experience in cooking Vietnamese dishes can join in our brief Vietnamese cooking demonstration on board while having some free drink. Dinner is served with selection of Vietnamese food and seafood. Socialize with other guests or just laze around. Overnight on board in a tranquil area. Day 6: Halong Bay – Cat Ba Island (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
In the morning, start your day with swimming, exercise or photo hunt and have breakfast at sunrise. Get your hand on some kayaking, visiting Luon cave, swimming. Option: For those who do not fancy kayaking can visit TiTop Island to enjoy the panorama view of Halong Bay or just relax, swim at the beach. Transfer by tender to the pier, from here you will catch a ferry and transfer to Cat Ba Island. Upon arrival at Cat Ba Island, our guide and car will transfer you to your hotel. Overnight in Cat Ba Island.
Day 7: Cat Ba Island (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
The whole day in Cat Ba Island will be yours. You may want to spend time biking around the town or trekking to discover the Cat Ba national park, visiting historical Hospital Cave or just relaxing by the beach. The beauty of this Island will definitely amaze you. Overnight in Cat Ba Island.
Day 8: Cat Ba Island – Hanoi - Fly to Hue (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
After breakfast at hotel, you will check out and transfer back to Ha Long Harbor by ferry and then by car back to Hanoi for the airport and take the flight from Hanoi to Phu Bai airport. Upon arrival at Hue city, our guide and car will transfer you to hotel in Hue city. Overnight in Hue.
Day 9: Hue City (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Start your city day tour with a visit to Hue Citadel, the best-preserved remnant of the royal quarters that once existed at the UNESCO World Heritage site, situated behind high walls. Spend a few hours walking around the complex with your guide, who enlightens you about fascinating architectural structures that include tombs, elaborate temples and the former Imperial Palace, revealing Vietnam’s regal legacy of Nguyen Emperors. Once you’ve explored Hue’s royal grounds, meander down the Perfume River — aka Huong River — on a relaxing boat cruise to Thien Mu Pagoda, Vietnam’s tallest pagoda, which towers on the riverbank and dates back to 1601. Next, fulfill your appetite with a Vietnamese lunch. Hue is known for its cuisine, and you’ll be delighted with a great meal in a beautiful setting at Madame Ha’s Tinh Gia Vien restaurant.
In the afternoon, your guide takes you to a nearby village that specializes in producing incense. Just outside the village, a local craftswoman has been making conical hats, or non la, with just one hand since childhood. Observe her expertise at fashioning these beautiful creations that have become quite popular with visitors. Continue on to Tu Duc Tomb, one of the most outstanding Royal Tombs, completed between 1864 and 1867. Considered one of the most beautiful works of royal architecture of the Nguyen Dynasty, the tomb is situated in a boundless pine forest, just 5 miles (8 km) from Hue. Stroll with your guide around the complex filled with temples and pavilions of the former emperors.
On the way back to the city, stop for tea break at a local café, Vi Da Xua, located in the former residential area for Mandarins during the Nguyen Dynasty. Admire the traditional architectural wooden house with beautiful bonsai garden as you enjoy a beverage or snack (own expense), before your tour ends with private transport back to your hotel.
Day 10: Hue – Hoi An (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. Leave the UNESCO-designated World Heritage Hue for Hoi An, transfer through Hai Van Pass route. On the Hai Van Path, you will capture the breathtaking view of mountain and ocean of this beautiful land. Stop by the Marble Mountain for a great view and visit the traditional marble sculpture village to see daily life of sculpture artisan. Lunch at local restaurant. Arrival at Hoi An, check in your hotel and free at your leisure on the rest of the day. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 11: Hoi An (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
In the past Hoi An was a busy commercial port where the traders around the world came and traded varying types of goods, from silk to ceramics. Some houses in the narrow streets are unchanged from the day they were built. We will follow the narrow lanes lined with centuries-old houses influenced by Chinese, Japanese, French and European architectures and visit its numerous places of interest: the 400-year old Japanese Covered Bridge, the Phuc Kien Assembly Halls, the local fish market … Around the town we can see a numerous art galleries and tailor shops, get some made-to-order clothes if you like. You spend more two hours boat trip on the Thu Bon River to enjoy the natural view and discover the normal life of local fishing people. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 12: Hoi An (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
Today is your free at leisure day in Hoi An. You may want to wander around the ancient town for shopping, relaxing or going to Cua Dai beach where you can go swimming and relaxing. Overnight in Hoi An.
Cooking class: You will take part in a cooking class with an expert chief and try to cook the Quang Nam traditional food before taste your dishes. A real experience of Middle Vietnam cuisine! Follow our chef to local outdoor market, try new local ingredients and learn about local culinary. Have fun with cooking class under the guidance of chef and enjoy your result as a big feast with everybody.
Day 13: Hoi An – Fly to Ho Chi Minh city (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Say goodbye to Hoi An and the middle area of the country as well, we will move to the south with the must - visit first stop, Ho Chi Minh City - the most dynamic and exciting city with rapid economic growth rate and quickly become one of the most attractive tourist hub in the South Vietnam. Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport, our guide will transfer you to your hotel, check in your hotel and spend the rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.
Day 14: Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi Tunnel (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
Start your tour today by a traveling through the typical Southern Vietnam delta to visit Tay Ninh, to explore Cu Chi Tunnels - the famous historic place in Cu Chi district. With more than 200km of underground tunnels and many branches connecting to underground hideouts, shelters, and entrances to other tunnels Cu Chi Tunnels has become the home of thousands of fighters and villagers in Vietnam War. Coming here you can discover how people communicate and supply routes, hospitals, food and weapon caches and living quarters for numerous guerrilla fighters during the war. After Lunch at local restaurant, you will return to Ho Chi Minh city.
In the afternoon, you will spend time visiting the Reunification Palace, once a symbol of the South Vietnamese Government. It was here on 30 April 1975, that the war ended when a North Vietnamese Army tank crashed through its gates. Pass by iconic architectural landmarks the Notre Dame Cathedral built from French colonization. You will then visit War Remnants Museum with documents, artifacts and other evidence of the Vietnam War. The eye-opening history of this country will enrich your knowledge and fascinate those who love history. Transfer back to hotel. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
Day 15: Ho Chi Minh - Mekong Delta - Can Tho (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
After your breakfast, around 8.00 AM you will leave Ho Chi Minh City and take about 70km to My Tho where we cruise on little boat through the green vegetation of the canals to an orchard, where we are treated to a delicious lunch in a local restaurant in the heart of the Mekong, complete with tropical fruits. We then visit the snake farm Dong Tam where you can challenge your bravery by holding python on your arms. We then transfer to Vinh Trang pagoda, a combination of Asian and European pagoda before heading Can Tho city, heart of the Mekong Delta. Arrive at Can Tho, checking in your hotel and enjoy dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Can Tho.
Day 16: Can Tho – Cai Rang Floating Market - Ho Chi Minh City (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
The watery world of the Mekong Delta is home to many bustling floating markets. This day we take a boat trip exploring the vibrant floating market of Cai Rang and Phong Dien, which the trading way is unique; each boat usually sells one particular item, whether it will be pumpkins, pineapples, sugar canes. After sampling local fruits, our guide will escort you back to the hotel through myriad canals. Lunch at local restaurant before return to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
Day 17: Ho Chi Minh – Mui Ne (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
After breakfast at hotel, you will transfer by car on a ride of 3.5 hour to Mui Ne, the heaven of beach, wind and sunshine. Upon arrival, you will check in your hotel and the rest of the day will be free at your leisure. Overnight in Mui Ne.
Day 18: Mui Ne (Meals: Breakfast)
Today is your absolute free day. Enjoy your day relaxing on the white sand beach or have fun with water sports and swimming. Overnight in Mui Ne.
Fishing Village Tour: Apart from heaven beach, fishing village is also a signature image of Mui Ne. You will take a short trip visiting a fishing village and fish market. The visit will give you a close look at local lifestyle here and chances to communicate with friendly locals.
White Sand Dune tour: you will take a short trip to visit the white sand dune to capture the majestic sunrise moment. Take a fun ride on jeep car and explore the vast area of beautiful sand dune here.
Day 19: Mui Ne (Meals: Breakfast)
Today is your absolute free day. Enjoy your day relaxing on the white sand beach or have fun with water sports and swimming. Overnight in Mui Ne.
Day 20: Mui Ne – Ho Chi Minh (Meals: Breakfast)
Spend your last morning in Mui Ne for relaxing and we will transfer by car back to Ho Chi Minh city in the afternoon. Free at your leisure on the rest of the day. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
Day 21: Ho Chi Minh City - Departure (Meals: Breakfast)
