Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City arrival - Explore Sai Gon Culinary on Bike (Meals: Dinner)
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, our guide will meet you and transfer you to your hotel in the center of Ho Chi Minh city. Free at your leisure on the rest of the day.
In late afternoon, join in our bike tour and explore the best of Sai Gon's foods. Saigon has long been rated one of the best cities for street food in the world. Let’s get on the bikes and give it a go to taste the most amazing dishes Saigon has to offer. This tour is tailored to give our foreign guests the most unique and authentic experience of Saigon’s cuisine. We will take you to the most popular eateries for locals, most of which are out of the touristy area and located in hidden alleyways. Besides the part of all delicious and unlimited food, you can also enjoy the city as we will zip around on the bikes from place to place for the dishes while receiving an insiders’ view into the culture that defines Saigon from our guides, who are so much passionate in showing you the bests of their city.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi Tunnel (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
Cu Chi Tunnels, also called Iron Land, is a huge system of underground tunnels that stretched over 250 km. The network was like a secret city to supported war: storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, also included specially constructed living areas, command centers and innumerable of nightmare trap doors to defend itself. Visit Cu Chi Tunnel you'll be able to get an idea of what it would have been like to live, sleep and eat in the underground passages and bunkers during the fierce battles above and below the surface.
Around 8.00 Am, our guide and tour bus will pick you up from your hotel and depart to visit Cu Chi - a byzantine maze of underground passages, chambers, rooms and booby traps used during the war. You'll be able to get an idea of what it would have been like to live, sleep and eat in the underground passages and bunkers during the fierce battles above and below the surface. Return to the city for lunch at a tasty restaurant in the city centre.
In the afternoon, you'll discover the Reunification Palace - a blend of traditional ritual and modern architecture, served as the presidential palace of South Vietnam until reunification in 1975. The building now functions as a museum, offering tours of the former state rooms, presidential office and library, living quarters of the president's family, and underground war rooms. Then, you'll also visit the War Remnants Museum - one of the most sobering, yet popular, museums in the city. It highlights the suffering of the Vietnamese people at the hands of the French and American forces up to 1975, and while its perspective is less than perfectly balanced, its exhibits nonetheless are well designed and ably document the folly of war. You’ll find a collection of weapons, machinery, aircraft, tanks, artifacts and horrific photographs illustrating the devastating affects of napalm, Agent Orange and other weapons of mass destruction. Trip ends at your hotel around 4pm.

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh city – Cai Be – Mekong Delta (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
Around 07.00 Am in early morning, our tour guide and tour bus will pick you up at your hotel and depart early for Cai Be. On arrival in Cai Be, set off by motorboat to visit the Cai Be floating market and watch the locals trading fruit and many other commodities on board their vessels. Visit a small family business to see how coconut candy and crispy rice popcorn are made. We will stop to visit local some workshops including pop-rice, rice-paper, coconut candy producing, honey tea, snake wine… to see how local people here utilize rice, coconut and other agriculture materials and turn them into delicious products. Then wander into the small villages to visit the orchard and fruit plantation, accompanied by traditional southern Vietnamese folk music.
Keep cruising to a series of small canals to experience the charms of the Upper Mekong Delta. Arrive in Tan Phong Island, join to a cooking class. Enjoy your cooking experience and learn how to prepare special Vietnamese dishes. Food cooked by yourself and fresh river food served in the heart of the garden. Relax on the hammocks to get back your energy. In the afternoon, you will cycle around the village path with fruit orchards and bonsai garden. Meet the local islanders to learn more about the local daily life in the Mekong delta. Transfer back to Ho Chi MInh and overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.
Day 4: Ho Chi Minh city Departure (Meals: Breakfast)
After having breakfast at your hotel, you will transfer to Tan Son Nhat international airport for your departure flight leaving Vietnam. End of services.
