Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City arrival – Explore Saigon Culinary Tours on bike (Meals: Dinner)
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, our representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel in the center of the city. Free at your leisure till late afternoon.
Around 05.30 Pm, you will embark on an unforgetable journey with our foods tour. You are a foody and expect to explore the best of Sai Gon culinary. How about taking a big fun ride around Saigon and see its lively daily life as well as tasting all the best foods the city has to offer? Saigon has long been rated one of the best cities for street food in the world. Let’s get on the motorbikes and give it a go to taste the most amazing dishes Saigon has to offer. This tour is tailored to give our foreign guests the most unique and authentic experience of Saigon’s cuisine. Our guide will ride the bike and take you to the most popular eateries for locals, most of which are out of the touristy area and located in hidden alleyways. Besides the part of all delicious and unlimited food, you can also enjoy the city as we will zip around on the bikes from place to place for the dishes while receiving an insiders’ view into the culture that defines Saigon from our guides, who are so much passionate in showing you the bests of their city. Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi Tunnel Tour (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
Around 8.00 Am, our guide and private car will pick you up from your hotel and depart to visit Cu Chi - a byzantine maze of underground passages, chambers, rooms and booby traps used during the war. You'll be able to get an idea of what it would have been like to live, sleep and eat in the underground passages and bunkers during the fierce battles above and below the surface.
Transfer to Koto restaurant for lunch. The Koto restaurant is not only a great Vietnamese restaurant but also a charity organization that offers home and kitchen jobs for street children in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Enjoy lunch today in Koto restaurant, you will have a chance to not only try great Vietnamese cuisines but also give back to community in Vietnam.
In the afternoon, you'll discover the Reunification Palace - a blend of traditional ritual and modern architecture, served as the presidential palace of South Vietnam until reunification in 1975. The building now functions as a museum, offering tours of the former state rooms, presidential office and library, living quarters of the president's family, and underground war rooms. Then, you'll also visit the War Remnants Museum - one of the most sobering, yet popular, museums in the city. It highlights the suffering of the Vietnamese people at the hands of the French and American forces up to 1975, and while its perspective is less than perfectly balanced, its exhibits nonetheless are well designed and ably document the folly of war. You’ll find a collection of weapons, machinery, aircraft, tanks, artifacts and horrific photographs illustrating the devastating affects of napalm, Agent Orange and other weapons of mass destruction. Day 3: Ho Chi Minh city – Cai Be - Tan Phong Island - Ancient House - Flight to Danang - Hoi An (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
Discovery what it is that makes Mekong Delta so special with our daily Cai Be Floating Market Tour. This tour gives you a fantastic opportunity of seeing how the Mekong Delta people get on with their busy life. For people living in Mekong, their lives are attached to rivers, water. Almost activities could be organized on river as living, working, market gathering… You will be introduced to their beautiful lifestyle when cruising among the local boats, biking around the village and interact with locals here.
Around 07.30 Am in the morning, our guide and minivan tour bus will pick you up from your hotel in Center Ho Chi Minh City and start drive to Vinh Long town. When arrival, board on a local motorboat and star cruising on Mekong River. Our guide will introduce to you the floating market, trading culture and floating houses of local here. Since Mekong Delta land is split by huge cannel systems, you will then take a rowing sampan and explore the area by sampan boat that locals use to transfer around. Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and green fruit garden on two sides. We will stop to visit local some workshops including pop-rice, rice-paper, coconut candy producing, honey tea, snake wine… to see how local people here utilize rice, coconut and other agriculture materials and turn them into delicious products.
The boat will then transfer you to a beautiful ancient house that still well preserved after many generations. You will be welcome by family members and the host will prepare the lunch for you. The host will also teach you how to cook “Banh Xeo” dish so you can join in cooking and make your own dish. Enjoy your lunch with authentic Vietnamese southern meals and learn more about Vietnamese family lifestyle and culture from the host.
After the lunch, we will then take your bike and start cycling around the village. The bicycle ride will take you around the village, introduce to you the genuine beautiful Vietnamese houses and community. It will be a great opportunity to take photos of this beautiful water land. If time permit, we will stop by a drying fruit factory and a local pagoda. The bike ride under peaceful canopy of this water lands will bring you a peaceful experience, shake off the busy lifestyle of city. Start driving back to Ho Chi Minh City. Arrive at Ho Chi Minh city around 06.00 PM, you will transfer to Tan Son Nhat international airport, catch the flight to Danang city.
Upon arrival at Danang City, our driver will welcome you, holding your name board and transfer you to hotel in Hoi An town (45 minute drive).
Day 4: Explore Hoian Town on foot - Half Day (Meals: Breakfast)
Today we will star Hoian walking tour exploring this little town, a former port that welcomed Chinese, Dutch, French, Japanese, Portuguese and Arab merchants between the 16th to 18th centuries. The tour includes stops at several famous landmarks including Chua Ong Pagoda, Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, to see the Jinshang Temple which is dedicated to the goddess of the sea and the protector of sailors. From there it’s a short walk to Tam Ky House, a 200 year old ancestral house and finally, stroll across the often photographed 17th century covered bridge built by Japanese craftsmen. The beautifully built bridge doubles as a temple and is a major landmark of Hoi An. Walk back to your hotel and free at leisure on the rest of the day. Overnight in Hoi An.

Option Tour: Biking, Farming & Fishing in Cam Thanh Village - Private tour (+ Surchagre 45 USD/Person)
This tour will take you to Tra Que and Cam thanh villages, located next to Thu Bon river, with a lush Nipa forest spread over an area of several hundred hectares and hundreds of hidden channels tangled beneath the broad leaves, was the refuge for VC the war. Nowadays, visitors can not only enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery, but also have the opportunity to unite with the warm and peaceful life for these villagers.
Around 08.30 Am, our guide will see you at hotel lobby and we will departure by bicycle to Tra Que. A nice visits on road to Chuc Thanh Pagoda, the oldest pagoda in Hoi an, built in 1671 by a Chinese bronze. Continue our biking trip to Tra Que village, crossing by peaceful rice field and beautiful scenery of local villages, we will arrival at a local house.
The host, Ms Chinh, a local farmer will welcome us and tells us the story of her family, her village, presents the work of the gardeners. Walk on the village trail to see the activities of gardeners: raking the soft earth, fertilization algae, vegetable growing, watering ... We then will continue our bike excursion to Cam Thanh Village with several stops for photos on the beautiful pasage and farmers operating in the fields.
Around noon, embarking on a sampan bamboo basket that takes you through the mangrove forest: rowing competition, the practice of fishing technique crapes nipa in the forest ... A little rest in a fisherman’s house of Mr. Phong, with welcome green tea, a nice walk or bike in the village to see the manufacturing of roofing sheets nipa villagers, the daily activities of fishermen: radoubages fishing nets, boat redoub, preparation of materials before a long trip on the sea ...
Enjoy your relaxing foot massage with medicinal herbs and traditional therapeutic practices are effective by strengthening your health after a long ride. The host then prepare for your lunch with his family Bacbercue with fish, shrimp, sauteed vegetables .... A little relaxation under the shade of nipas and we will bike back to Hoi An town. Transfer back to Hoi An town and drop you off at your hotel. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 6: Da Nang Departure (Meals: Breakfast)
After having breakfast at your hotel, you will transfer to Da Nang international airport for your departure flight leaving Vietnam. End of services.
