Day 1: Hanoi arrival (Meals: None)
Upon arrival at Noi Bai International airport, our representative will welcome you and transfer to hotel in the center of Old Quarter. Free at leisure on the rest of the day. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi city tour - Night train to Sapa (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
Our private car and tour guide pick you up at your hotel. We will start your full day city tour by visiting Ho Chi Minh Complex including of Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, Ba Dinh square, Presidential Palace (Outside Only), Uncle Ho’s House on stilt, One pillar pagoda. The tour in Ho Chi Minh complex provides tourist a clear understanding about the hero of Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh and Vietnam's modern history. Then visit the Temple of Literature - Vietnam's first university, built in 1076 and at first used for education of royal children only. Throughout its hundreds of years of activity in the feudal, thousands of Vietnamese scholars graduated from this university. Have lunch at local restaurant and try Vietnamese traditional food.
You’ll visit Hoan Kiem Lake, the heart and soul of Hanoi, listen to the legend of the lake and learn more about history of the city. Finally visit Museum of Ethnology, one of four the best museum in Asia. Occupying a modern structure, the terrific collection here features well-presented tribal art, artifacts and everyday objects gathered from across the nation. In the museum, tourist exploring Vietnam’s diversity culture and life style of 54 ethnic groups, walking in houses on still of ethnic people to experience their life style or traditional ritual. Exploring the famous Hanoi Old Quarter on electric Car or Cyclo to understand more about the life style of Vietnamese people. Dinner at local restaurant. Transfer to Hanoi train Station and catch the night train to Lao Cai. Overnight on train.
Day 3: Lao Cai – Sapa – Y Linh Ho- Lao Chai - Tavan (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Arrive in Lao Cai station at 5:00 in the morning. You are welcomed by driver, then transfer by bus to Sapa. The bus ride uphill to Sa Pa takes a little over an hour, giving you a glimpse of the stunning vistas and impressive rice terraces. You will have breakfast at hotel before we start 12 km of trekking to visit Lao Chai villages of the H’mong minority. The trekking route offers some challenges as you balance on the rice terraces and a small trail on the steep mountainside. The vegetation is dense as the trail leads up to a peaceful village perched on the Hoang Lien mountainside. Head downhill and relax by a local stream for a picnic lunch. After lunch, we continue trekking to Ta Van village of the Dzay where we have a unique home stay experience (Home-stay or hotel are available upon request). Overnight in Sapa.
Day 4: Sapa - Bus to Hanoi (Meals: Breakfast)
After breafast, free at leisure on the whole day till 3::00 Pm as our bus will pick you up and transfer you to Hanoi city. Overnight in hanoi.
Day 5: Hanoi - Halong Bay (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
You will arrive in Hanoi in early morning and then check in mini hotel for rest and breakfast. Around 8.00AM, our driver will pick you up then starting the 3 and a half hours drive to Halong Bay. Embark on Cruise followed by cruise briefing.
Savor a sumptuous lunch while boat cruising further along the limestone islands of Fighting Cock, Dog Rock and Incense Burner. You'll have chance to visit Amazing Cave, the most beautiful and biggest cave in Halong Bay. Then back to the boat to enjoy drinks on Sundeck, snap photos the view of the Bay, go swimming or just relax as the sun starts to set.
Those who fancy some experience in cooking Vietnamese dishes can join in our brief Vietnamese cooking demonstration on board while having some free drink. Dinner is served with selection of Vietnamese food and seafood. Socialize with other guests or just laze around. Overnight on board in a tranquil area. (Evening activities available: night squid fishing, karaoke, dancing...)
Day 6: Ha Long Bay - Lan Ha Bay (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Start your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck while complimentary tea & coffee are served. Our cruise weighs anchor to sail through the bay and pass by several beautiful places such as Trong (Drum) cave, Trinh Nu (Virgin) cave, Coc Ngoi (Toad) Islet, etc. Early breakfast will be served in the dining room. You then will transfer to a smaller boat for Lan Ha Bay excursion. Spend your day with guided kayaking and swimming at Three Peaches beach, a pristine natural beach lapped by the turquoise water. BBQ lunch is served on boat. We then will continue to discovery Toi and Sang Cave (depend on the tide condition), the most remote point in Lan Ha Bay and bordering the Gulf of Tonkin. Visit its quaint fishing village and lagoon. Possibility of kayaking through an amazing tunnel under a karst mountain (time permitting). Around late afternoon, you will return to big Cruise for dinner and overnight in Ha Long Bay.
Day 7: Halong Bay – Hanoi - Flight to Hue (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
In the morning, start your day with swimming, exercise or photo hunt and have breakfast at sunrise. Get your hand on some kayaking, visiting Luon cave, swimming. Option: For those who do not fancy kayaking can visit TiTop Island to enjoy the panorama view of Halong Bay or just relax, swim at the beach. Transfer by tender to the pier and transfer back to Hanoi city. As you are back to Hanoi, transfer to Noi Bai airport and take your flight to Hue city.
Upon arrival at Phu Bai airport, our driver will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel in Hue. Check in your hotel and overnight in Hue.
Day 8: Explore Hue City (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
Today we will start a city tour explore the ancient capital of Vietnam. We firstly transfer to visit Tu Duc tomb, one of the most beautiful works of royal architecture of the Nguyen dynasty. After studying the secret stories behind the tomb, we'll drive back to the city center with some stopovers at the conical hat and incense sticks village to know about handicraft villages in Hue. Enjoy lunch with tradition Hue cuisines that known for its exquisite and elegant cooking styles. We'll then continue our Hue day trip with a visit to the Royal Citadel - one of the best places in Hue to experience the tradition, culture and rhythms of the Vietnamese Royal life in the past. We will then take a boat along Perfume River to the next attraction, Thien Mu Pagoda - a picturesque landscape besides Perfume River and a perfect place to enjoy peaceful and serene atmosphere that also gives you chance to watch praying time of the monks here.
Day 9: Hue - Hai Van - Explore Hoi An Town (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
After breakfast at hotel, we will transfer on 3.5 hour ride to Hoi An. Upon arrival at Hoi An, you will star to explore Hoi An, a former port that welcomed Chinese, Dutch, French, Japanese, Portuguese and Arab merchants between the 16th to 18th centuries. The tour includes stops at several famous landmarks including Chua Ong Pagoda, Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, to see the Jinshang Temple which is dedicated to the goddess of the sea and the protector of sailors. From there it’s a short walk to Tam Ky House, a 200 year old ancestral house and finally, stroll across the often photographed 17th century covered bridge built by Japanese craftsmen. The beautifully built bridge doubles as a temple and is a major landmark of Hoi An. Back to hotel and free at leisure on the rest of the day. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 10: Biking to Tra Que - Farming & Fishing in Cam Thanh (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
Today tour will take you to Cam thanh villages, located next to Thu Bon river, with a lush Nipa forest spread over an area of several hundred hectares and hundreds of hidden channels tangled beneath the broad leaves, was the refuge for VC the war. Tra Que Village is a small vegetable village that supplys fresh herbs and vegetable for Hoi An Town and nowadays, visitors can not only enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery, but also have the opportunity to unite with the warm and peaceful life for these villagers.
Around 08.30 AM, our guide will pick you up at hotel lobby and we will departure by bicycle to Cam Thanh Village. The bicycle ride takes you through the peaceful green palm forest, provides countless opportunities for taking photos. We will arrive at a local house in Cam Thanh Village. We will then get on boat and participate in daily works of local fishermen such as rowing, fishing techniques… Stay relaxed at Mr. Phong house and enjoy a cup of green tea before wandering around the village to observe local lifestyle . We will then continue our trip to Tra Que Village. The ride will go through vast rice fields before our stop at Ba Le market where locals exchange and trade their agriculture products. We arrive Mr. Chinh’s house around noontime. After enjoying a welcome drink, you will have a chance becoming a genuine farmer with Vietnamese traditional clothes, hat and tools. We will head to the farm and participate in different farming works that bring you unique experiences.
We come back to Mr. Chinh’s house and enjoy a traditional foot massage with herbs therapy that help you recover after working time on the field. The host will then prepare you a lunch that you can participate in cooking Vietnamese traditional foods. Enjoy your lunch in a warm atmosphere of a local farmer family. We will then bike back to Hoi An town. On our way we will stop by Chuc Thanh pagoda, the oldest pagoda in Hoi An that was built in 1671 featured many beautiful bronze details and valuable antiques of 17-18 century. We arrive back to Hoi An town around 03.00 PM. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 12: Hoi An – Fly to Ho Chi Minh city (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
Say goodbye to Hoi An and the middle area of the country as well, we will move to the south with the must - visit first stop, Ho Chi Minh City - the most dynamic and exciting city with rapid economic growth rate and quickly become one of the most attractive tourist hub in the South Vietnam. Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport, our guide will transfer you to your hotel, check in your hotel and spend the rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.
Day 13: Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi Tunnel (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
Start your tour today by a traveling through the typical Southern Vietnam delta to visit Tay Ninh, to explore Cu Chi Tunnels - the famous historic place in Cu Chi district. With more than 200km of underground tunnels and many branches connecting to underground hideouts, shelters, and entrances to other tunnels Cu Chi Tunnels has become the home of thousands of fighters and villagers in Vietnam War. Coming here you can discover how people communicate and supply routes, hospitals, food and weapon caches and living quarters for numerous guerrilla fighters during the war. After Lunch at local restaurant, you will return to Ho Chi Minh city.
In the afternoon, you will spend time visiting the Reunification Palace, once a symbol of the South Vietnamese Government. It was here on 30 April 1975, that the war ended when a North Vietnamese Army tank crashed through its gates. Pass by iconic architectural landmarks the Notre Dame Cathedral built from French colonization. You will then visit War Remnants Museum with documents, artifacts and other evidence of the Vietnam War. The eye-opening history of this country will enrich your knowledge and fascinate those who love history. Transfer back to hotel. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
Day 14: Ho Chi Minh – Cai Thia - Cai Be – Can Tho (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
We depart from your hotel about 8am for an approximate 2h30-drive to our exploration area. We let the touristy spots behind and travel beyond, where very few other visitors have the chance to go. We will first visit a small local market, a church, a pagoda and a brick factory. About 11.00am, we embark on a local boat and hit the waters of the Mekong a first time. It is a short transfer to our cycling spot. We hop on bikes and take narrow concrete paths along plantations and across villages. We stop en route to visit some families and learn a bit more about their activity and daily life. Great outdoor nature feeling, great people. We are back on the boat at noontime to continue our waterway exploration. Lunch is served on-board while we are cruising by typical Mekong sceneries. In the afternoon, the program is pretty flexible, we keep on our waterways exploration including a traditional sampan ride and visit several workshops that perpetuate ancestral know-how and productions of the region. About 3.30pm, we get on the car to drive to Can Tho. Overnight in Can Tho.
Transfer to a local house for comfortable homestay. After meeting your home stay hosts, feel free to walk around the house and village to explore the countryside. For the dinner, you will participate in cooking traditional dinner with Vietnamese dishes with help from your host. Overnight at homestay with your hospitable island hosts. The experience of living like locals will be a memorable lifetime opportunity. If you are not comfortable with homestay experiences, you can upgrade your stay to Hau Giang Hotel or Victoria Can Tho Resort & Spa (With surcharge).
Day 15: Can Tho – Cai Rang - Flight to Phu Quoc (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
We wake up very early this morning, to leave the accommodation at 5.30am with a boxed breakfast. We head to Can Tho pier and start a boat cruise to the bustling Cai Rang floating market – the largest and most colorful in the Mekong delta. Feel free to take photographs, talk or bargain while our boat glides slowly through the market mayhem. There are fantastic photo opportunities amidst the huge variety of agricultural bounty on sale here. Farming boats big and small trade seasonal fruits and an array of other goods in a chorus of sights and smells that you won’t soon forget. We disembark and spend some time in the surroundings to visit a local fish market. We then enjoy some more leisure time through the farms and houses of a nearby village to see fragrant tropical fruit orchards, cross over quiet streams on monkey bridges, and visit a noodle workshop.
Transfer to Can Tho airport for your fligh to Phu Quoc.
Upon arrival in Phu Quoc, our car will transfer you to hotel in Phu Quoc. Overnight in Phu Quoc.
Day 16: Phu Quoc Island (Meals: Breakfast)
Today will be your relaxing free day. Enjoy your day with sunbathing, swimming and exploring the fishing village of Phu Quoc. Phu Quoc has huge reputation for its fish sauces factory, vast pepper plantation, tranquil spring and thick jungle so make sure you have time to visit these destination for a fun discovery day. Overnight in Phu Quoc.
Day 17: Phu Quoc Island (Meals: Breakfast)
Today is also another relaxing free day. Enjoy your day with sunbathing, swimming and exploring Phu Quoc Island. A short tour visiting fish sauces factory, fishing village to learn local lifestyle is available upon request. Overnight in Phu Quoc.
Day 18: Phu Quoc Island - Departure (Meals: Breakfast)
Free at leisure until taking your flight leaving Vietnam. End of services.
